Trans National Television will not admit anyone into the studio, that has not complied with the requirements for membership of the Trans National Television Studios. Everyone will be required to have completed a membership application as well as a liability release, acknowledgement of acceptance of our rules and a legal agreement, before any activities are allowed on premise. Once documents are on file, picture ID will be required for all future activities

Trans National Television is for adults only. Trans National Television will not allow anyone under the age of 18 into the studio under any circumstances.

All visitors agree to abide by fire safety rules and to follow the instructions of the any representative of Trans National Television, in the event of fire.

All visitors will receive a brief induction on use of equipment and must undertake, to operate the equipment as instructed. Use the equipment – but don’t abuse it! If you are unsure how to operate it safely, ask for assistance.

All visitors have a duty of care for their own health and safety and also, agree to abide by all safety instructions in the use of the equipment and premises. Trans National Television will not be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained by any member while on the premises.

We have a very strict behaviour policy. It is your film, but it is our studio. Everything must be safe and consensual. NO means NO. Anyone breaking these rules will have their membership terminated immediately and will, be asked to leave the studio.

Any loss or damage while you or your party is using the studio and equipment will be deemed your responsibility and will be charged to you accordingly. If any fines, penalties or legal fees are levied against Trans National Television as a result of a member’s activity, they will be paid by that member.

Trans National Television is a photo/video studio. Bring your own camera.

No smoking or alcohol allowed anywhere on the premises at any time.

Trans National Television maintains a zero tolerance policy for illegal substances and activities. We do not allow drugs to be taken in the premises. Please don’t compromise us and your fellow members. Anyone found taking or dealing drugs will be evicted from Trans National Television. Any drugs in their possession will be confiscated and turned over to the Police along with the identity of whomever they were confiscated from. Any member who does not adhere to this policy will be barred and their membership revoked.

If you have valuables you wish to leave with us please check them in the office. Lock boxes are available for jewelry.

If at any time you feel unwell or notice someone else is ill, whatever the reason, please report this to the Studio Manager or a member of security so that we can take the necessary action immediately.

Trans National Television is not liable for anything lost or stolen in the studio. All coats and valuables are to be checked in the office before entering studio. (Reminder: We have Lock Boxes - You have the key)

Trans National Television studio and its owners reserve the right to refuse membership or admittance to anyone, for any reason. The owners or management of Trans National Television reserve the right to remove any member who does not act in a responsible manner or causes harm to themself or others. Anyone breaking these rules will have their membership terminated immediately and will be escorted off the premises.

Confidentiality and privacy must be respected by all members at all times. If anyone breaches the confidentiality and privacy of Trans National Television and/or any member by publishing or publicizing details of Trans National Television or personal details of anyone attending Trans National Television Studio without written permission from the owners and the individuals concerned, Trans National Television will cancel the person’s membership, permenantly ban them from the venue and fine the person $2500.00. The Owners and management of Trans National Television reserves the right to sue individuals or organisations who breach this rule for serious damages.

Trans National Television maintains a strict privacy policy in regards to all personal data kept on its members. We guarantee that your personal details will not be passed on for use by a third party.

The studio is situated in an area that also hosts a number of other businesses. You are asked to arrive and depart in a conservative and considerate manner. Failure to observe this request may lead to membership being revoked.

Trans National Television reserves the right to change the Policies and Rules at any time.

Memberships are not transferable.
